Application Processing Fee for Bachelors / Masters Rs. 1,500 (Pakistan nationals) / $14.72 (Foreign nationals)
Admission Fee for Bachelors / Masters Rs. 15,000 (Pakistan nationals) / $147.24 (Foreign nationals) Admission Fee is payable once at the beginning of study and is non-refundable.
Security Deposit (refundable) for Bachelors / Masters Security Deposit payable after acceptance by SZABIST (refundable): Rs. 5,000 (Pakistan nationals) / $49.08 (Foreign nationals)
Students Activity Charges Rs. 1000 per semester (Pakistani nationals) / $9.82 (Foreign nationals)

Tuition Fee for BBA

Rs. 63,000 per semester for Pakistan nationals; $618.40 per semester for Foreign nationals. The tuition fee is based on a full course load (six courses) per semester.

Tuition Fee for BS (Computer Science)

Rs. 51,200 per semester for Pakistan nationals; $502.58 per semester for Foreign nationals. The tuition fee is based on a full course load (five courses) per semester.

Tuition Fee for MBA 1.5 Years (36 Credit Hours)

Rs. 51,600 per semester for Pakistan nationals; $506.50 per semester for Foreign nationals. The tuition fee is based on a full course load (four courses) per semester.

Tuition Fee for MBA 2.5 Years (72 Credit Hours)

Rs. 77,400 per semester for Pakistan nationals; $759.75 per semester for Foreign nationals. The tuition fee is based on a full course load (four courses) per semester.

Tuition Fee for MBA 3.5 Years (90 Credit Hours)

Rs. 64,500 per semester for Pakistan nationals; $633.13 per semester for Foreign nationals. The tuition fee is based on a full course load (four courses) per semester.

TRANSFER POLICY

Transfer into SZABIST can only be accepted for candidates who have studied or are currently studying at HEC recognized universities. Transferring credits must have a minimum letter grade of B or above (or 80% marks). The request for transfers must be made at the time of admission; the maximum time limit to transfer courses is two years. Candidates will be required to clear all SZABIST admission requirements.

Bachelor Course Transfer:

A maximum of up to 72 credits may be considered for transfer into BBA / BS programs.

MBA Course Transfer:
A maximum of up to 6 credits may be considered for transfer into the fifth year MBA (36 credit-hours) program. Research project course is not transferable.A maximum of up to 36 credits may be considered for transfer into the MBA (72 credit-hours) program. Research project course is not transferable.A maximum of up to 45 credits may be considered for transfer into the MBA (90 credit-hours) program. Research project / thesis course is not transferable.

SZABIST Inter-Campus Transfer:
For transfer candidate from other SZABIST campuses, the candidate must fulfill the admission requirements of the local campus he / she wish to transfer into. All courses / grades are transferable. A transfer fee will be applicable for students transferring from any other SZABIST campus.

Certificate Course Transfer:
For transfer candidates from the SZABIST Certificate Programs all courses having a letter grade C- or above for the BBA / BS / MBA are transferable within one year.

Degree Requirement for MBA


For students with a 4 year professional degree (MA, MCom, BS, BE, MBBS etc), the MBA Program is a 2 years program. 21 courses and a research project (66 credits) are needed to graduate.
For students with a 3 year BBA degree, the MBA Program is a 3 years program. 22 courses and a thesis (72 credits) are needed to graduate.
For student with a 3 year non-BBA degree, the MBA program is a 3 year program. 30 courses and a thesis (96 credits) are needed to graduate.
For students with a 2 year bachelor degree, the MBA Program is a 4 years program. 34 courses and thesis (108 credits) are needed to graduate.

PAK-USAID Merit & Need Base Scholarship:
The Pak-USAID Merit and Needs based Scholarship Program Phase-II are focused on providing opportunities for access to higher education especially to under privileged candidates who, despite possessing academic merit, are unable to finance their education. The scholarship is not restricted to tuition only, but extends to accommodation and living expenses.The Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (ECNEC) has approved the program at a total cost of Rs. 2,954.808 million in its meeting held on 6th September 2013. The Project is funded by Government of United States of America as Grant in Aid.The Phase-I of the program was initiated in 2004 at eleven (11) universities with scope of 1807 scholarships. It is the pride of the program that all the scholarships are awarded, 94 percent of the scholarship recipients had graduated in the semester they expected to graduate.
