1) Seminar on Augmented Reality
On 17th February, 2022, Mr. Naeem Akbar Channar Lecturer, CS Department conducted a seminar on “Augmented Reality with Zap Works Studio” for the CS and SE students.
2) Financial Literacy Session
EDC in collaboration with SZABIST Student Council and SZABIST Finance Society arranged a seminar on the topic of “Financial Literacy”, on 23rd February, 2022 for the finance elective students. Mr. Fahad Asif, Manager Digital Media, Pakistan Stock Exchange, was the speaker of the session.
3) Webinar On Making Smart Home Secure and Private
On 23rd February, 2022, Director of Product Engineering California, Western United States of America, Kathy Giori ZEDEDA, Inc. conducted a webinar, arranged by IEEE on “Making Smart Home Secure and Private”.
4) Session on Trading Future at PMEX
EDC in collaboration with the SZABIST Student Council & SZABIST Finance Society, arranged a hybrid webinar session on the topic “Trading Futures at PMEX” on 24th February, 2022, which was attended by the students of students of finance electives. Ms. Sobia Ashraf, AGM – Marketing & Communications, Pakistan Mercantile Exchange was the speaker of the session.
5) Spring SportFest 2022
On 26th & 27th February, 2022, SZABIST Sports Society & SZABIST Student Council collaboratively arranged Spring Sportsfest 2022 which included tournaments like Cricket Tournament, Athletics, Badminton & Table Tennis at Hyderabad Club.
6) Plantation Drive 2022
ZABWELFARE in collaboration with BSSS-1 Community Service class engaged in the Inauguration ceremony of Plantation 2022 with Cantonment Board Hyderabad on 1st March, 2022.
7) Research Webinar Series - Writing a Research Paper: Conclusion, Abstract & Automatic Reference Management
Student Advisor arranged a hybrid session on Research Paper Writing on the topic "Conclusion, Abstract & Automatic Reference Management" on 1st March, 2022. Dr. Mahmoud Aljawarneh, Assistant Professor, CS Department & Mr. Syed Ahmed Raza, Lab Engineer & Junior Lecturer, CS Department were the speakers of the session.
8) Female Health Awareness & Interactive Session on PCOS
SZABIST Student Council, on 2nd March, 2022, arranged a Women's Day Themed Female Health Awareness & Interactive Session on Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. Dr. Fehmida Gul, Consultant Gynecologist/Obstetrician & Lecturer, Department of Anatomy, LUMHS Jamshoro was the speaker of the session.
9) Digital Twin in Healthcare & Knowledge - Webinar
Mr. Syed Ahmed Raza, Lab Engineer cum Junior Lecturer, CS Department and the members of IEEE arranged a webinar on the topic of “Digital Twin in healthcare and knowledge” on 2nd March, 2022. Mr. Roberto Saracco, Lecturer, COMSOC USA was the speaker of the session.
10) Plantation Drive 2022
On 3rd March, 2022, ZABWELFARE arranged Plantation drive 2022 at the Institute of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences Hyderabad, where students of SZABIST Hyderabad planted 500-550 trees, which were. Neem,Jamun, Zaitun, Sohanjna, Sukh chain, Kaner, Seri.
11) Women’s Day Themed Career Development Session - “Measurement of Success for Women as Sales Professionals”
On 3rd March, 2022, EDC in collaboration with SZABIST Student Council and SZABIST Art Society arranged a Career Development Seminar on the topic “Measurement of Success for Women as Sales Professionals” which was attended by the final year students of BBA. Ms. Momena Rajput, Alumni and Area Sales Manager, Nestle Professionals Pakistan was the speaker of the session.

On 4th March, 2022, SZABIST ORATORY Society arranged Event on "BOLTI TASWEEREN” where students presented pictures with stories helped them evolve as a person.

On 15th March, 2022, SZABIST Entrepreneurial Society arranged a session on "Freelancing - All You Need to Know About." Ms. Iqra Zulfiqar Shaikh, President SES & student of BBA-6 was the speaker of the session.
14) “Speak Your Heart Out” - Confess, Reconcile & Transform
On 16th March, 2022, SZABIST Character Building Society arranged an open mic session on "Speak Your Heart Out - Confess, Reconcile & Transform" where students presented stories/experiences that helped them transform as a person.
15) Career Opportunities in Sales & Marketing - A Career Development Session
On 18th March, 2022, SZABIST Student Council in collaboration with EDC arranged a Career Development Session on “Career Opportunities in Sales & Marketing” which was attended by the final year students of BBA. Ms. Rushna Hussain Memon, Alumni and Field Sales Executive, Coca Cola Beverages Pakistan Limited was the speaker of the session.
16) Aao Mil Kar Manayen Youm-e-Pakistan
On 22nd March, 2022, SZABIST Student Council and SZABIST Oratory Society arranged "Aao Mil Kar Manayen Youm-e-Pakistan," an event to commemorate Pakistan Resolution Day with a skit, speeches, poetries & national songs.
17) Workshop: Mendeley - A Guide to Automatic Reference Management
On 25th March, 2022, Student Advisor arranged a hands-on workshop on "Mendeley - A Guide to Automatic Reference Management" for the MBA Research Project students. Dr. Sumbul Ghulamani, Assistant Professor, CS Department was the trainer of the session.
18) Workshop on WIFI Controlled Robotic Car & Racing Competition
On 26th March, 2022, IEEE arranged a Workshop on WIFI Controlled Robotic Car & Racing Competition. Mr. Naeem Akbar Channar, Lecturer and Mr. Syed Ahmed Raza, Lab Engineer/Junior Lecturer, CS Department were the trainers of the session.
19) Visit to Tent School
On 29th March, 2022, the Community Services class of BSSS-1 students went to Tent school near Mirpurkhas channel in which they volunteered as a teacher for a day and participated in different activities with students of tent school. Moreover, they donated Books stationery, and a water cooler too.
20) Peachtree Workshop
On 21st April, 2022, SZABIST Finance Society arranged a session on “Peachtree Accounting Software.” Mr. Majid Hashim, Lecturer, MS Department was the speaker of session.
21) Ramzan Iftar Drive
On 23rd April, 2022, ZABWELFARE Society distributed Iftar Boxes in different areas of Hyderabad i.e. Qasimabad, Latifabad, Autobahn and Wadhwah. Additionally, students of BBA-2A also arranged an Iftar Drive in different slum areas of Hyderabad where they distributed approximately 3580 boxes among people on 25th April 2022.

On 28th April, 2022, SZABIST Student Council and SZABIST Finance Society collaboratively arranged a workshop on “Microsoft Excel Data Validation.” Mr. Zuhaib Khokhar, Lecturer, MS Department and SFS Mentor was the trainer of the session.
23) Eid Clothing Drive
On 30th April, 2022, ZABWELFARE arranged Eid Clothing Drive in which they distributed Eid Dresses among the needy security Guards in Statelife building and on Autobhan Road.
24) Summer Day Out to Dreamworld
On 15th May 2022, SZABIST Student Council arranged a reacreational trip to Dreamworld.
25) The Basics of Intuit QuickBooks - Pro 2016 Desktop
On 16th May 2022, SZABIST Finance Society and SZABIST Student Council collaboratively arranged a Quickbooks Workshop titled “The Basics of Intuit QuickBooks - Pro 2016 Desktop.” Mr. Zuhaib Khokhar, Lecturer, MS Department and SFS Mentor was the trainer of the session.
26) “Essentials to Create Digitally" - Photoshop Workshop
